About PrairieCare

PrairieCare has been delivering high quality psychiatric and behavioral health services in the Twin Cities since 2005. Founded in 1996 in Fargo, ND as Prairie St. John's, PrairieCare developed a diverse and accessible continuum of care aimed towards treating psychiatric conditions and addictions for all ages.

In 2005, PrairieCare began outpatient programs in the Twin Cities for children and adolescents. These programs expanded quickly serving all ages and populations offering intensive outpatient psychiatric services treating a wide range of conditions.

PrairieCare was then founded in 2009 as a distinct legal entity from Prairie St. John's, providing expanding services throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Services are provided by the most highly qualified professionals in a comfortable, supportive, and friendly environment. PrairieCare now has two convenient locations on each side of the metro area. The Woodbury site offers intensive outpatient services, partial hospitalization and clinic services to all ages. The Edina site offers intensive outpatient services and partial hospitalization to children and adolescents as well as clinic services to all ages. PrairieCare will be opening a third site in Maple Grove by the end of 2010 which will include intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and inpatient services to children and adolescents.

PrairieCare is devoted to offering the highest quality psychiatric and addictions treatment to all. PrairieCare has been the driving force behind the largest expansion of intensive outpatient psychiatric services in the Twin Cities area since 2005.
