Gala OliverTherapist

For over ten years, Gala has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor with children, adolescents and families. Her approach to healing, wellness, and mental health emphasizes a holistic framework that combines teamwork, relationship building, empowerment, and support. Gala believes that healing happens in relationships and views therapy as a social healing practice.  She values the importance of using expressive arts, connection skills, multicultural awareness, and trauma informed care to maximize the counseling relationship. Gala works primarily with children, adolescents and young adults.  Her interests include youth development and adjustment, and racial and sexual identity issues.
