Jessica is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and provides trauma informed care. Jessica works in the Woodbury clinic as an MICD IOP counselor and individual therapist. Jessica has experience working in diverse settings including, residential treatment, high intensity outpatient, outpatient, and harm reduction settings.
Jessica utilizes a strengths based approach and works from a person-centered perspective while incorporating motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral techniques. The style of therapy would be described as warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
Jessica is dedicated to her 3 rescue dogs, family, and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, live music, reading, knitting, painting, and photography.
