His focus is working with adults and adolescents with anger, depression, and anxiety. His therapy style combines a number of counseling approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. These therapeutic philosophies focus on helping the client to feel good about him or herself, to find ways to change behaviors, and to establish meaningful connections to values, hopes, and dreams. Tom enjoys his home life with his wife and son, playing golf, taking day trips to small towns, and playing cards with old and new friends.
