No-Cost Mental Health Screening

Emergency and Immediate Care Options
The Family First admissions process at PrairieCare allows patients under 28 who need immediate care for severe mental health symptoms to come directly to our inpatient hospital without a prior visit to the ER. Parents and young adults can call 952-826-8424 to talk with our assessment and intake team at any time.
- In case of a mental health crisis, call 988 or seek the nearest emergency room.
- For physical health emergencies, call 911 or seek the nearest emergency room.
Make a Referral
Our Assessment and Intake team can will help schedule a clinic service at any PrairieCare location by calling 952-826-8475 or you can make a referral by clicking the link below.
