Tiffany works with children, adolescents and families in the Partial Hospital Program (PHP). Her expertise includes in-home therapy, outpatient therapy and teaching parenting classes. She provides an environment where youth and their families can work to minimize problems and find new possibilities for their lives. She empowers those who consult with her to explore possibilities that have become clouded by the problems they face. Tiffany's preference is to be respectful and non-blaming in the approach and center people as the expert in their lives. She promotes this type of relationship by honoring their values, abilities, beliefs, hopes, dreams and commitments. Tiffany enjoys cooking, gardening, canoeing, hiking, reading, riding her horse Tysson and time with her family and friends.
Susan works with adolescents who are dealing with Addiction problems and Co-Occurring Disorders, which involve both Addictions and Mental Illness. She believes in a multi-disciplinary treatment approach which takes into account the individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs. She believes that the patient needs active involvement in a sober support network that includes his or her family to identify attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that are not conducive to recovery. Susan provides education, support and counseling to her patients and their families in a safe environment, improving the ways they communicate and cope with conflict. In her time away from work, Susan enjoys water skiing, snowmobiling, dancing, travel and time with family and friends.
Denise is a wife and mother who began practicing group, family and individual therapy at Prairie Care PHP this past January. She has been working with families, couples and individuals since 2001. She practices with a Narrative Therapy approach and consults with families and individuals on a multitude of problems affecting their lives. She strives to use creativity and understanding to work collaboratively to solve problems associated with mental health symptoms, as well other problems that affect lives, such as violence, conflict, and miscommunication. She strives to help those with whom she consults to realize that problems are separate from people, to establish a stand with problems and realize self-agency.
