Mike has worked as a Psychologist in private practice in the Twin Cities for the past thirty years. During that time he has conducted evaluations for local school districts, taken referrals from physicians, mental health professionals and parents as well as conducted independent evaluations for county and state programs. Mike works with patients of all ages and with a variety of conditions including: ADHD, Developmental Disabilities, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral issues, Autism Spectrum Disorders, substance abuse, head injury, mental illness and personality disorders. His assessments focus upon providing psychometric test results and diagnostics impressions that can be utilized to: clarify diagnoses, educate the patient and care providers, guide care and treatment, as well as to facilitate program planning. He works in collaboration with patients, parents, teachers, physicians, therapists, and others to formulate a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan.
Dr. Spicuzza has practiced in the Twin Cities since 1996. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings; in hospitals and in private practice. Dr. Spicuzza joined PrairieCare Medical Group in 2009, where she specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological assessment of children and young adults. She works to clarify a child’s unique cognitive, emotional, and behavioral profile to identify relevant diagnoses and guide intervention planning. Her primary goal is to provide a thorough picture of a child’s functioning to better help that child succeed.
