Referrals / Payments

PriarieCare will not charge a school district for psychiatric services provided in the Partial Hospital or Intensive Outpatient Programs, unless a school requests that a special arrangement be made prior to the patient's admission to treatment.

Anybody can make a referral to PrairieCare. It all starts with a phone call. PrairieCare works with the patient and the insurance company to collect payment for the psychiatric services. PrairieCare accepts all major insurances including Medical Assistance, PMAP and those seeking affordable self-pay options.
