OASIS – Osseo Area Source of Information and Support

PrairieCare partners with the ISD 279 Social Work Department to facilitate OASIS – Osseo Area Source of Information and Support.  This group meets monthly throughout the school year for a presentation on a mental health topic, and for resource sharing and support.  This program is free and open the public.  The presentation is 2 hours, while OASIS is geared towards parents there is a certificate of attendance is provided for any professionals seeking continuing education hours.  Workshops are held at Weaver Lake Elementary School in Maple Grove, MN and is open to all parents, caregivers, and staff.  Presentation from 6:30-8:30pm. SPARC – Schools, Parents And Resources Connecting

ADD / ADHD Parent Support Group – North St. Paul

PrairieCare partners with the ISD 622 to facilitate SPARC, formerly the ADD / ADHD Parent Support Group – North St. Paul.  This group meets monthly throughout the school year for a presentation on the mental health topic and for resource sharing and support.  This program is free and open the public. The presentation is 1.5 hours, while the support group is geared towards parents there is a certificate of attendance is provided for any professionals seeking continuing education hours.  All adults are welcome to our group. You do not need to live in District 622 in order to attend. We ask that you do not bring children to meetings but they are welcome to come to our childcare.  We meet on the second Monday of the month from October to April from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. We meet at the District Education Center(DEC), 2520 E. 12th Ave., North St. Paul. Mental Health in the Park

PrairieCare and St. Louis Park Public Schools partner to bring you, “Mental Health in the Park”  These sessions on mental health topics affecting youth are open to all parents, caregivers, and staff. Presentations are offered in October – April (we take December off) from 6:30-8pm, stay until 8:30pm if you would like to continue the conversation, seek support, or to share resources.

Certificate of Attendance will be provided for those seeking continuing education hours.
