Kathleen Cantley, MBA

As the PrairieCare Vice President of Operations, Kathleen believes dynamic operations management must be both responsive to change and lead in the necessary transformation to be sustainable. From the inherent and intentional focus on patient experience being at the core of our work, we can continue to live our mission with our community. Kathleen joined PrairieCare in 2013 as the Operations Director for our Edina facility.

Over 20 years ago, her career began as an elementary school teacher before joining the healthcare industry. Kathleen’s multifaceted experience provides her with an expansive perspective on healthcare. Her passions include motivating, developing and leading people and process to ensure the best possible patient care and to provide an experience that supports the needs of each individual and family.
