Audun is an associate therapist at PrairieCare’s inpatient admission team. Audun holds a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in clinical mental health and a secondary focus on child and adolescent mental health, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on clinical mental health and child and adolescent psychology, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Audun has worked on the inpatient admission team since 2019, following graduation from the University of Minnesota. Through their experience in the department, they have discovered they enjoy working in a hospital setting and have a particular interest in practice with children and adolescents who are transgender and struggle with gender dysphoria as well as depression and anxiety symptomology.

In their free time, Audun enjoys writing fictional prose, often with a focus on mental health; playing video games; and watching television and movies with their husband and their cuddly lapdog Yuli. With their husband, they have collected over 150 video games and multiple systems.
