Kailey is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) who has been providing therapeutic services and supports since 2012. Kailey has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, and families in a variety of settings including – inpatient, community-based, in-home, clinic, and intensive outpatient treatment programming.

Kailey began work with PrairieCare in September 2018 and since then has provided services at the Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital in Brooklyn Park and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Woodbury. Kailey prioritizes collaboration, incorporates culturally informed care, unconditional positive regard, and active-listening with an emphasis on strength-based and solution-focused care throughout treatment. Kailey incorporates modalities that include a combination of cognitive behavioral techniques and psychodynamic approaches.

Outside of work Kailey enjoys being outdoors, reading, and traveling.
