Mary Ann Meyer is a Licensed Psychologist whose most recent interests are in Trauma and Addiction, Somatic Experiencing-Trauma and Memory, and treating Complex Trauma. She utilizes an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Body/Mind, Meditation and Internal Family Systems approaches. Her belief is in the inherent healing capacity of each individual as their unique needs are appreciated and met.
Mary Ann has worked in a variety of settings including: Inpatient Psychiatry, Vocational Rehabilitation, EAP, Eating Disorder program, and as a Generalist in Outpatient Clinics and in Private Practice.
Mary Ann believes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health are vitally important to development and well-being, how ever those dimensions manifest in each individual. Her particular passions are in the wisdom of yoga, meditation, weekly jogging/walking/hiking in nature, biking, and Pilates. Add good friends, good comedians, good food and PBS and all’s well.
