Dr. Adams completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development. He completed his medical degree at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2016. He returned home to the Twin Cities for residency training at the University of Minnesota Medical School, where he focused his clinical interests on young adult patients with emerging psychosis, bipolar illness, and depression. He was chosen to be a member of the university’s Resident Leadership Academy and served as the psychiatry department’s chief resident during his final year of training.

Dr. Adams is committed to providing holistic and compassionate care to all of his patients. In his free time, he enjoys reading, running, cooking, and spending time with his family.
