Noelle is a board-certified physician assistant who joined PrairieCare Medical Group-Rochester in July 2017. She graduated as an Antonian Honors Scholar from the College of Saint Catherine in 2002, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in international business and public relations. She went on to attend Bethel University, where she graduated with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016.

Although Noelle is board-certified to provide medication management for people of all ages, she specializes in working with children and adolescents with anxiety, mood and substance use disorders. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Minnesota Academy of Physician Assistants, the Association of Physician Assistants in Psychiatry and the Association of Women in Psychiatry.
