Rebekka has worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as a therapist. Prior to her role as an inpatient therapist, Rebekka worked as an outpatient medical clinic therapist, where she collaborated with medical professionals and used a variety of modalities to provide crisis intervention; she also provided individual and family therapy in the client’s home, in addition to case management in the insurance industry.
Rebekka strives to meet patients and families where they are at and help them move towards their goals. She offers a safe environment to work collaboratively and explore difficulties, while identifying and enhancing strengths and finding pathways towards positive change. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
Rebekka enjoys cooking, hiking, antiquing, art, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
