Sarah has worked in a variety of settings with adolescents and adults as a therapist. Prior to her role as an inpatient therapist, Sarah has worked as a therapist in outpatient private practice, residential treatment center, and as an in-home family therapist. Sarah has primarily worked with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational and attachment issues, and suicidal ideation/self- injurious behavior.
Sarah incorporates a blend of therapeutic styles to meet each clients’ unique needs, including drawing on family systemic perspective and trauma informed therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, antiquing, and traveling.
