Dr. Jasberg was born and raised in the Twin Cities.  She attended the University of Minnesota for undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and subsequently completed a medical degree at the University of Minnesota in 2010.  She then completed a general psychiatry residency with a clinical fellowship in first episode psychosis. After graduation, she spent over two years as a fulltime faculty member, Medical Director of first episode psychosis program and Executive Director of the transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) program at the University of Minnesota. Additionally, she attended on an inpatient psychiatry unit focused on acute stabilization of psychotic disorders. Her current clinical focus includes the assessment and treatment of first episode or early episode psychosis patients. She also specializes in treatment-resistant depression and neurotherapeutic treatment techniques, including TMS. Her research is focused on non-surgical brain stimulation in depression and schizophrenia, as well as program development in first episode psychosis treatment.

Dr. Jasberg enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and enjoying time at the lake in the summer!
