Ashley graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Throughout her career she has worked with children and adolescents through in-home family therapy and residential treatment; She has worked in a variety of settings with the adult population such as corrections, residential and outpatient treatment, in-home family therapy and medication-assisted treatment.
Through individual and group therapy Ashley uses an integrated approach utilizing: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Ashley is passionate about Substance Use Disorders and Trauma.
Outside of work she enjoys spending as much time with family and friends as possible, listening to music, rooting on my favorite sports teams and trying anything new.
