Jaime is a Clinical Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. She has experience working in both the inpatient, outpatient, and school setting with both groups and individuals across all ages. She uses an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation to help clients stop struggling and start transforming their own lives. As a member of the Healthy Eating and Living intensive outpatient program team, she has undergone training in Family Based Therapy with the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. In addition, she has received training in Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Centre Oxford University.
