Jennifer is a LPC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) whom has worked in the human services field for over 10 years providing care to children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, treatment programs, and outpatient clinic. Her main areas of focus have been with grief/loss and supporting families through challenging times. Jennifer believes in creating a warm and welcoming environment to offer support and creating healing through an individualized approach. Jennifer comes from a person centered perspective and is integrated in the modalities she uses, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking/baking, as well as volunteering with a local beyond the yellow ribbon chapter, supporting soldiers and veterans.
