Master’s Degree: University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Bachelor’s Degree: University of Puget Sound
Licensure: Licensed Independent Social Worker
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the past six years and have partnered with teens and adults in navigating, coping with, and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have completed perinatal mental health training through Post-partum Support International/2020Mom and also work with PrairieCare’s Perinatal Intensive Outpatient Program. I am passionate about helping expecting and new mothers navigate their journey through motherhood. I’m also a mother of two young children myself!
I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space, where clients feel at ease. In doing so, clients can begin to process their experiences and take steps to make positive changes that will benefit them both in the moment and in the future. I use a blend of CBT and DBT to help clients understand more about themselves and make growth based on the strengths they have.
I love hiking, running and spending time outside. I’m also always looking for good recipes.
