Kristi has a passion for working with marginalized communities and focuses on cultural responsiveness. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, Kristi is a MN Board Approved Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to clinicians working toward licensure.

Kristi believes in the resiliency of individuals and families. When they get stuck, she wants to be there to collaborate with them to create hope, find solutions, and motivate change. She is passionate about people’s growth and continuing efforts to evolve into who they aspire to become. The world can appear to be a dark place, and Kristi wants to help people face their pain, move through it gracefully, and come out the other side a strong, healthy and whole person. Kristi works from a systems perspective, believing that our relationships are the basis for change and growth. Kristi’s therapeutic approach is genuine, caring and respectful. She works from a person-centered and strengths-based position. She uses cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapeutic approaches in her work.  She celebrates people’s individual experiences and approaches to moving through their struggles.
