I have worked for the past four years in an elementary school, providing therapy for students and their families and collaborating with school staff to assist in making the most supportive environment for children.
As a clinician I focus on joining client’s on their journey and giving them the tools and mindset to increase their own autonomy in their world, while understanding and using their strengths to assist them in daily challenges. I aim to assist families in increasing positive interactions and meaningful relationships while understanding each members individual needs and emotions. I use CBT techniques, strength based and solution focused therapy techniques. Along with connecting past experiences and how they have impacted clients and their life today.
I enjoy reading, playing volleyball, working out, and trying new restaurants!
