Natalee has worked  in an elementary school for the past four years, providing therapy for students and their families and collaborating with school staff to assist in creating the most supportive environment for children.

As a clinician, she focuses on joining clients on their journey and giving them the tools and mindset to increase their own autonomy in their world, while understanding and using their strengths to assist them in daily challenges. She aims to assist families in increasing positive interactions and meaningful relationships while understanding each member’s individual needs and emotions. She uses CBT techniques, strength-based and solution-focused therapy techniques, along with connecting past experiences and how they have impacted clients and their lives today.

Natalee enjoys reading, playing volleyball, working out, and trying new restaurants!
