Rebekka has worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as a therapist. Prior to her role as an inpatient therapist, Rebekka had worked in an outpatient medical clinic as a therapist collaborating care with medical providers, multiple modalities providing crisis intervention, in home individual and family therapy, as well as work in case management in the insurance industry. Rebekka strives to meet patients and families where they are at and help to move towards their goals. Rebekka offers a safe environment to work collaboratively and explore difficulties while identifying and enhancing strengths, and finding pathways towards positive change. Rebekka utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
Rebekka enjoys cooking, hiking, antiquing, art, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
