Sarah has worked in a variety of settings with children and adolescents as a social worker and therapist including in an elementary school, day treatment program, residential treatment center, and inpatient hospital. Sarah has primarily worked with children and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal ideation/self- injurious behavior. She also has experience working as a program director and providing clinical supervision.

Sarah received a Certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work, facilitates skills and therapy groups.  The treatment modalities she utilizes include: Experiential, Cognitive Behavior therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  Sarah has completed a 4- day DBT training and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy (TF-CBT) training.

Sarah enjoys playing with her kids, hanging out with friends and family, coaching and playing soccer, traveling, and being outside.
