Lindsay is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has experience providing in-home skills work, adult and adolescent group Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), individual, couples and family therapy. Lindsay works from a strength-based and solution-focused approach and is skilled at identifying and nurturing the inherent strengths of each person and family. She is trained in Positive Discipline and has a passion for providing parenting support to those looking to expand their toolbox of skills. Lindsay strongly believes each parent is doing their very best with the skills they have and loves coming alongside them to make their parent-child relationships the strongest, most mutually-respectful they can be.
Outside of work Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and crafting.
