PrairieCare Medical Group Mankato

PrairieCare Medical Group in Mankato will provide Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) to adolescents, with services expanding also serve children (5-12 years old) and adults in 2018. This service is an intermediate level of care designed for assessment and stabilization for youth struggling with mental illness. The state-of-the-art programming space includes group therapy rooms, a classroom, patient care station, gross motor area and brilliant natural light. This space design allows for an optimal healing environment conducive for treatment. The services that will be provided in Mankato are meant to compliment the existing mental health services in the community, filling a gap in mental health access to care.
