Healthy Emotions Program

The Healthy Emotions Program (HEP) is an after school intensive outpatient program for adolescents who are in need of assistance with managing and coping with their emotions. This treatment program will focus on emotional management skill-building and social support for youth and parents.  Patients in the Healthy Emotions Program attend their regular school during the day and come to treatment in the afternoon. Appropriate patients for this program may present with symptoms of depressed mood, stress, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or other related symptoms. The treatment team works closely with families to tailor the program to the individual needs of the adolescent and family.
